In early 2009, at least 20 new U.S. markets should be able to benefit from speeds of T-Mobile’s 3G network.

In addition to expanding its 3G network, T-Mobile will also come up with new 3G phones. For example, the carrier said that its first HSDPA handset would be available pretty soon, even if it did not let out more details about it. As far as we know, the mobile phone can be Sony Ericsson TM506, a clamshell codenamed Sony Ericsson Bella and approved by the FCC in June. Sure, the fourth largest U.S. carrier may have had another device in mind (even BlackBerry Bold), so it’s best if we wait for its official presentation.

Currently, T-Mobile’s line-up of 3G phones contain only a few products, which are not too advanced anyway - the Nokia 3555 and Samsung T819 is among them.
