People get in line before iPhone 3G launched
We all already know that the new Apple iPhone 3G will be released on 11 July in the U.S. (and 22 other global markets) so that there are about six days left until then. Well, six days does not seem to be enough for some U.S. iPhone fans, as in the front line of Apple stores in New York has already begun to shape.
According GearDiary, there are at least ten people in front of the Cube from Apple of New York Magazine. They have a tent, sleeping bag, food and - shocking part - there are a number of them who came with their daughter six months. The couple says that the baby would "probably" not wait at all times in order. But this does not change the fact that the baby as young as six months should not be included in such action.
Indeed, earlier this group wants to set a world record. On its website, called suggestively Waiting for apples, they are self myself, entitled "Who Farmers, says the record must be for" the long waiting time in line to buy something. " Well, since they will have to remain in front of the Apple Cube to 11 July, 8 o’clock local time when all U.S. Apple and AT & T stores sold the project iPhone 3Gs, they have some good chances to set a record.
Reading more of that website, I found that these 3G iPhone fans say that during the wait in line, they will eat "local healthy food, and particularly apples." In addition, they will talk to people who pass by some "local organic farming, as this is a critical element for sustainable healthy life, food security, youth education and mitigate climate change.
Well, all this is strange, and the fact that something new about Apple iPhone will certainly bring more publicity for the Cupertino-based company (as if necessary).
