Despite the lack of 3G and Wi-Fi can be kept many European and U.S. consumers buying Philips X800, these aspects do not matter for the market, which helps to be directed seems too: China and India - and both sides are not 3G networks yet.
There is still no word on the price of Philips X800, or when it becomes available, but these markets are able to get a new mobile phone in the next few months.
